Use the record holder for official details. This is a private reference site, not a government office. For official Caroline County warrant or court information, contact the office that holds the relevant record. The Sheriff, each court clerk, and Pamunkey Regional Jail answer different questions. Use the route below to avoid treating a case search, a wanted-person question, and custody status as the same request.

This Is Not a Government or Law-Enforcement Office. We cannot confirm warrant status, change or recall a court order, arrange a surrender, accept bond, or provide legal advice. Only the responsible court or agency can address its own records.

  • Possible wanted-person status: Caroline County Sheriff’s Office, 118 Courthouse Lane, Bowling Green, VA 22427. Main office: 804-633-1120. Dispatch/non-emergency: 804-633-5400. Public office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Sheriff FAQ says wanted-person information is not released by phone. It directs a person to the office or to call dispatch and request a deputy come to them. Use 911 only for an emergency.

  • Custody question: Pamunkey Regional Jail, 7240 Courtland Farm Road, Hanover, VA 23069, 804-365-6400. Its Who’s in Jail interface concerns custody only and does not confirm warrant status.

For a public case search, begin with the Virginia court-information landing page and select the correct court. A case result is not a promise that an active warrant field appears. For a federal matter, Caroline is in the Richmond Division of the Eastern District of Virginia, a separate system from Virginia state courts.

Addresses and hours are office routing details, not a promise of a public counter visit, security access, appointment, or same-day warrant clearance. Confirm with the relevant office before travel. No Caroline warrant-specific surrender form, bond window, payment method, or recall appointment was located in the reviewed sources.
